Moroccan Date Night with Garnier

Chris and I are so excited to partner with Garnier to show how we got ready for date night with their new Whole Blends Illuminating Moroccan Argan & Camellia Oil! What makes Whole Blends extra special to us is that the Whole Blends Argan Nut Oil is sustainably sourced from Southwest Morocco. The program has fostered corporate social responsibility in the argan supply chain and has contributed to the overall economic and social development of the area.

We particularly love this collection because it’s infused with luxurious Moroccan Argan Oil and East Asian Camellia Oil Extracts, making for a product that not only smells divine but is ideal for restoring shine and luminosity, leaving hair feeling silky soft. Whole Blends is also paraben-free, and bottles are made of 30% recycled material (they’ve even partnered with TerraCycle to recycle the Whole Blends bottles once you’ve used up!).

My final look – I love how shiny my curls are with Garnier Whole Blends Illuminating oil!

Garnier sent us on the cutest date night, to a Moroccan cooking class! We met with Chef Yasmina who was an absolute treat to learn from. She grew up in Casablanca and has worked in kitchens from Beau Monde in Philadelphia to La Creperie in Chicago, rubbing elbows with culinary elite. She showed us how to make Moroccan teas, chicken tagine, eggplant salad and dessert crepes. I loved that she emphasized using wholesome, sustainably sourced ingredients which is what Garnier Whole Blends is all about! We had the most captivating conversations with Chef Yasmina, she was such an inspiration. Learning more about the Moroccan cuisine made us fall even more in love with the culture – we’re going to dream about visiting Morocco every time we use our Illuminating Moroccan Argan & Camellia Oil Whole Blends now! Might have to plan a trip sooner than later 😉
