- Q: Shoes or Bags? A: Early on in my life, up until the early two thousands, I would have said bags, all the way… but something shifted and it’s obviously reflected here in my blog. Shoes. Hands down, rule my heart.
- Q: Who takes your photos? A: My amazing husband or I do. (Unless otherwise noted).
- Q: Where can I find the things you wear on your blog? A: I always list them out on the caption of the first photo in my posts. If they’re easily available online, I usually include a link at the bottom of my posts, too. If you can’t find it, feel free to ask me!
- Q: What’s the font you use for watermarking your pictures? A: It’s called Sweetie Pie
- Q: What kind of camera do you use? A: My Christmas 2011 post and forward- Canon T3 (Prior to that, the Canon D10 …yes, the bubbly waterproof little guy.)
- Q: What is your most favorite go-to beauty/make-up product? A: MAC liquidlast eyeliner
it’s seriously perfect and completely budge-proof! I wore it swimming (and in the hot tub!) in Cabo a few years back and my eyeliner was flawless the entire time! - Q: What piece of clothing in your closet will you never throw away? A: My DKNY leather bomber jacket. I probably wear it way more than I should.
- Q: You mention a “day job” – what do you do? Does it involve fashion/make-up? A: Sort of… I’m a woman who wears many hats :D ) aside from blogging, I have an online accessories boutique BananaAn.com (so fashion, yes), I run a marketing solutions business with my husband and I also work in IT/Software sales. Make-up not so much, I just enjoy playing with it!
- Q: How do you pronounce your name? A: Like how it’s spelled, an – the indefinite article…the same you would when saying “an apple” or if it’s easier for you, like Ann or Anne. My first name is Vietnamese and yes, that’s how it’s really pronounced. It is not like the word on.
- Q: What nationality are you? A: American of Vietnamese descent, or Vietnamese-American, or Vietnamese born and raised in America… or just plain Vietnamese :)
