Day 3 of NYFW might have been the funnest overall for us! We started off our morning early with the Jill Stuart show, stopped by Columbus Circle for brunch with Ruben & Sheryl at Center Bar, then visited Vogue’s Runway Retreat to see my favorite Brahmin girls and back to Lincoln Center for Herve Leger. Afterwards, we walked over to the Empire Hotel for Reward Style’s rooftop party, grabbed a few drinks in the hotel bar to catch up with friends, only to head out to dinner to continue the festivities. Before calling it a night, we had to check out the BCBGMaxazria/Herve Leger after party at the Boom Boom Room!
My outfit for the day was all about layering lots of details & textures. I was absolutely head over heels in love with this leather skirt the minute I spotted it. I browsed around the Nicole Miller store looking for other options (I loved this dress!) but my heart kept going back to this leather skirt. The embroidering was just too gorgeous to pass up! I paired it with this amazing sheer beaded top to add even more eye appeal to this look. I was going to carry a simple black bag but there was something about the tones in this Brahmin satchel that brought out the beading in the top even more and warmed up the ensemble.
Apologies for my lack of posting on here but Chris and I came home from New York last week to a computer that refused to wake up after taking the monster apart, Chris realized the power supply gave out on us so after a couple trips to various electronic stores and an Amazon order later, he was able to fix it. Success! I’m back in action hope you guys missed me! Lol!!
