I wore this outfit to the Tracy Reese show on day 4 of NYFW but to be honest, the day was all such a blur. It started off with me running late (as always) and getting the wrong address (I literally ran 2 long blocks in these boots 5 minutes before the show was to start!). In actuality though, the main reason for our minds turning to mush was… we were all still on a high sitting across from Sarah Jessica Parker during the show! I’m pretty sure most of us took more photos of her than the models themselves 😛 but can you blame us?! Don’t get me wrong, Tracy Reese’s SS16 collection was beautiful with vibrant colors (lots of haute pink!) and ethereal fabrics but this is SJP we’re talking about. 😀

I was planning to tie this scarf into a traditional windsor knot (like a men’s tie), which is something I often do, but it wasn’t cooperating with me in the cab on the way there. Right before we arrived, I decided to tie it into a bow instead to save time and viola! It worked out better that way – very Carrie Bradshaw 😉 amiright?
