I’m forever paranoid of wrinkles around my eyes so I always keep a pair of sunglasses with me. This fun pair from Marilyn Monroe Eyewear are perfect for blocking out the sun and looking glamorous at the same time! As I mentioned above, I keep my CVS Whitening Pen with me while I’m on the go now because there’s bound to be that moment when I check myself out in the car’s visor mirror and realize my teeth are just not looking their best. This pen is perfect for touch ups and has a pleasant, mint-flavored gel that is formulated with 9% hydrogen peroxide to gently and effectively whiten teeth and remove stains. By the way, it can be used safely up to four times daily! My phone probably shouldn’t be in this since it’s always attached to my hand instead of in my bag 😉 but of course, it’s something I always always always have with me (and isn’t this star covered Sonix case adorable?!) I usually try to bring whatever lip color I’m wearing with me when I’m on the go but I also usually fail miserably. I don’t know why but it’s something I forget to grab 90% of the time that I’m heading out of the house! Since this happens so frequently, I always keep a neutral lippie with me and I absolutely LOVE this MUA High Shine Lipstick (in the shade #223 Cashmere). It’s incredibly creamy and moisturizing and the color is a super flattering nude! However, if my lips are chapped, my die-hard go-to is Vaseline (we keep jars of it in every room of our apartment!) and this cute little mini Vaseline Lip Balm is the perfect size for my bag!

Having (really) long hair, I frequently find myself wrestling with my mane when I’m grabbing a bite to eat. Who wants hair in their face or food when you’re enjoying a bowl of soup on a cold day or elegantly chowing down a burger after a shopping excursion?! I love keeping a few Conair Bobby Pins, a small brush (if I have room), and a backup hair elastic with me to keep my hair under control. They’re also great for touch ups or calming down fly aways!

My friends are always teasing me about this but I’m a hand sanitizer believer, borderline fanatic, and it’s something I never leave the house without! I use mine constantly throughout the day, whether it’s after opening doors, shaking hands or before I eat, it’s something that I’m always reaching in my bag for! I also, of course, keep my wallet handy as well as a few business cards because you never know when you’ll need them and as a professional, it’s something I don’t like being caught without! I tuck some in my card case as well as the inside pockets of all my bags.

Since I’m always playing with makeup and testing new products, I like keeping Simple’s Eye Makeup Remover Pads in my bag for any mini makeup emergencies that may occur. It’s a very gentle product that won’t irritate my skin so I can use it while I’m out and about without worrying. I usually use it for my under eye area since I’m prone to raccoon eyes and like to have a good eyeliner pen and mascara handy for touchups when that happens. I also always keep a tube of DUO Eyelash Adhesive with me, as if for good luck because every time I’ve forgotten it, without fail, a corner of my false lashes will inevitably detach itself and repeatedly stab me in the eye for the rest of the day or night. If this has ever happened to you (if you’re a false eyelash wearer like myself) you would know exactly what I’m referring to! Definitely a must have!
