My husband recently snatched up the September issue of Los Angeles Magazine featuring 51 of the best breakfast/brunch locations, which happens to be his favorite meal of the day. We’ve tried out a few of them and so far one of our favorites is Alcove Cafe. It’s located in the affluent area of Loz Feliz and nestled underneath beautiful trees on a quiet street. The decor is an eclectic mix of vintage silver pieces with a french cottage feel. The food – divine. I had the Crab Cake Benedict and just looking at the photos is making me salivate… PS the icing on the cake was their bar staffed with talented mixologist. The bartender there when we dined here created this delicious grapefruit brunch cocktail, picture below.
PS looks like it’s a landslide victory for the Lola’s! Thanks for everyone who voted 🙂 and to those who will (I’ll keep it open until I wear them lol)…
