Brace yourself for the abundance of photos in this post 😉 we had a lot of fun shooting this look between shows on NYFW Day 2. I really tried to edit down the number of images I was selecting but then I decided, effit, I like too many of them from this set. Is that vain? Probably, but isn’t this entire personal style blogging thing vain? I digress. I wasn’t planning on wearing my hair up but the combination of NYC’s heat, humidity and well, let’s be honest here, lack of time to wash my hair, resulted in my franticly trying to style it 5 minutes before leaving and subsequently giving up. High pony tail it was. Luckily for me, the first show we went to was Kate Spade and every single model had her hair up in a high pony! Serendipity!

Day 2 was probably one of the busiest between that aforementioned Kate Spade presentation, Zimmerman’s SS16 show & Betsey Johnson’s 50th Anniversary show – so busy that I completely spaced out and missed THREE meetings I had scheduled in the midst of this insanity. C’est la vie! Thankfully, the people I was to meet with were understanding enough. I chalk it up to fashion week brain. It’s a thing, I swear.
