Cowl neck tops and dresses were one of my favorite silhouettes throughout the aughts, so I’m loving that they are back in style! I received so many compliments on this little gold dress, that I actually wore it twice during NYFW… styled differently, of course! 😉 The fit is so flattering making it the perfect metallic party, or date night dress.

I wore this number to see the L’Agence SS20 Presentation, as well as Cinq a Sep’s Spring Lookbook shoot. Cinq a Sep shot their lookbook live during their fashion week presentation, held at the cutest classic car showroom, which was so clever and fun to see! Personal Update: I started Physical Therapy this week, and boy was I unprepared for how sore I would be afterwards! It was so bad after the first session, that I almost wanted to cancel the rest of my appointments. Fortunately, I convinced myself to come back and with just a couple sessions in, I already have a bit more movement and mobility. I’m also online shopping for the ideal foam roller to do some of these stretches and light exercises at home with, in between PT appointments.
