Happy Friday!! Continuing my Fitness Fashion Series this month, today is all about tennis! I absolutely ADORE this tennis outfit by LIJA! I mean, how much cuter could it get?! I love that the set looks like a ruched dress – wearing it, I felt like I could switch out my shoes, pair it with a cute clutch and go straight to dinner afterwards lol! Instead, I wore it to yoga after tennis for some extra stretching 😉 and it worked perfectly there, too. I paired this look with Ryka’s Intent XT shoes which offer great support all around and are sturdier making them great for the court!
I’ve been playing tennis on and off again since middle school! I love it but my issue is… well, I’m a poor sport 😛 my most memorable tennis moment was during my Freshman year in high school. I was practicing with my parents at a local public tennis court, my Dad coaching me while I played against my Mom. I lost to her which resulted in my tennis racket being tossed in the air, me bursting into tears and stomping off the court. Yeah, pretty over dramatic! LOL! I’ve learned to try to lose gracefully since then but I’m not gonna lie, a little part of me still throws an inner fit & temper tantrum!
Are you a poor sport or can you keep your chin up if you lose?
