Cowl neck tops and dresses were one of my favorite silhouettes throughout the aughts, so I’m loving that they are back in style! I wore this gorgeous dress to Tadashi Shoji’s Spring/Summer ’20 New York Fashion Week runway show. I felt like a princess in this beautiful tea length number! The embroidered floral detail is even more captivating in real life. I paired it with my new croc embossed patent boots for an edgy city vibe. I could also see myself wearing it with nude sandals to garden party, or with an up-do as a wedding guest!
My first brand new car!!! Okay, so technically we bought our last couple cars brand new, but they always felt more like my husband’s cars than mine, for obvious reasons; he wanted them, picked out the specs, and always drove them. The last car I had and actually drove, was my pre-owned 2002 Lexus IS300! It’s 17 years old now, but boy was that car such a reliable champ. We eventually sold it to a friend a few years ago, who appreciates imports, and enjoys fixing them up.
