The past few weeks have been such a whirlwind from spending a couple days in Amsterdam to 2 weeks in Paris! It was such a dream to be there and we had the best time soaking up the beautiful Parisienne Lifestyle. It was so nice having such a long stay – we got to take our time visiting all the tourist destinations we wanted to see while also getting to experience the leisurely strolls, taking in the stunning sights, enjoying amazing eats and people watching. Of course, if you followed along on instagram, you’ll know that I also did my fair share of shopping damage in this incredible city of fashion! That’s coming in another later post 😉 in the meantime, I hope you enjoy this photo journal from our trip!
The architecture was simply breathtaking everywhere we went!
Seeing the Arc de Triomphe in person was incredible! I had no idea how huge it really is!
We loved spending the afternoons people watching at some of Paris’ most iconic cafes!
Enjoying cocktails & dinner at the stunning Ciel de Paris was a must – look at this view!
We enjoyed a fun scenic boat tour of Paris on the Seine River. It was gorgeous out there but being over the water, made it extra cold!
Shopping was certainly something I did a lot of and one of the best places to do so was in the gorgeous Champs-Élysées area.
We stayed in the Saint Germain des Prés area which was just so perfect – I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, not too touristy area to stay in! I could definitely imagine living there (in a heartbeat)!
We also adored wandering in the Le Marais district (special thanks to my friend & fellow blogger Kelly for the recommendation!)
Did I mention shopping? 😉 I definitely did my damage but one of my favorite moments was shopping here at the original Chanel store on Rue Cambon. What a dream!
We made sure to try baguettes and croissants from almost every boulangerie we stumbled upon but this cute little pink shop called SECCO was my absolute favorite! Their croissants were incredible – the perfect crisp lightly sweet crust and buttery soft & chewy center…
We spent one morning walking around the Jardin du Luxembourg, enjoying an aforementioned baguette. The grounds were gorgeous and so serene!
The stunning Notre Dame de Paris!
Amazing street performers in Le Marais…

Love the Marais! Actually I’m in a bit of a Marais rut and need to branch out and start staying in new hoods, so thanks for the ideas! And the Luxembourg garden is absolutely my happy place, that I daydream of and retreat to when real life is just a little too much, y’know? Great post!
