Sleep schedules have been the hot topic lately, and the first reaction I usually get is shock when I tell people that I’m up at 4AM every day. Yes, 4AM! Everyone assumes that I don’t get much sleep but it’s quite the opposite, I average 7 hours of sleep every night. It wasn’t always like this, though! It was an active decision and very slow progression to change my sleeping habits but I found that I’m so much more productive earlier in the day, and decided to make an effort towards it.
Over the past year, we gradually went to bed earlier and got up earlier until I found a schedule that worked for us! Regardless if you’re up at 4AM or 9AM, every day, getting a good night’s sleep is good for everyone 🙂 so I wanted to share a few of my favorite products that I’ve turned to when herbal teas don’t quite do the trick!
