I’m constantly trying new beauty products and wanted to share some of my recent favorites. 🙂 Follow along below for the details!
Buxom’s Full-On Lip Polishes in Pink Champagne, Grape Groove, Berry Bramble, & Sangria I’ve mentioned Buxom’s Full-On Lip Polishes before but their new limited edition shades have me head over heels in love! Ironically, my favorite new shade is Peach Daiquiri but I couldn’t find which purse I put it in so it’s not in the photo – c’est la vie!
BEAUTYCOUNTER Crease Eye Brush & Precision Brush I was recently introduced to Beautycounter and decided to try their makeup brushes out. I love how well the Crease Eye Brush blends out my eyeshadow and adds a beautiful level of depth to my crease. The Precision Brush is amazing for getting into the corner of your eyes to highlight or apply concealer exactly where you want it.
Too Cool For School Dinoplatz Triceratops Multi-Face Palette I always see Too Cool For School’s products in Sephora and loved their super cute packaging. I recently tried out their Dinoplatz Triceratops Multi-Face Palette and love how versatile it is! I use the Shade shade to bronze my face and as an eyeshadow when I’m in a pinch. The Blusher is a perfect everyday peachy pink blush and the Highlighter is subtle, reminding me of MAC’s Emphasis powder or even Hourglasses Ambient Lighting Powders.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer I received the sample of IT Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Aging Concealer from ULTA in one of their gifts with purchases a few months back and realized how much I’m obsessed with it when I used it all up! Thankfully, I got a brand new full size tube recently to feed my addiction 😉 The coverage is incredible at hiding your dark circles. You can use it over color correctors but it covers wonderfully without any, too. The formula is gel like and blends in beautifully with your skin making it great for days when you want to skip foundation.
Essie Nail Polish in High Class Affair, Shade On & Virgin Snow I’ve always been obsessed with Essie polishes and have quite the crazy collection (probably something I should do a post on soon!). These are some of my favorite recent shades that are perfect for Spring! “High Class Affair” is really the perfect blush nude!
Drybar Double Pint Round Ceramic Brush, Detox Dry Shampoo for Brunettes & Money Maker Flexible Hold Hairspray I love a visit to Drybar now and then but what I love even more is their hair products! I’ve been using their ceramic brush every time I blow-dry my hair and love how smoothing it is, reducing any frizz. I also feel like it helps dry my hair faster! I use their dry shampoo for brunettes regularly, especially when I’m styling my hair and putting it up and realize it looks to oily but I don’t want to use a white/powdery dry shampoo because I won’t be able to brush it out. I just spray this in and it gets the job done without needing to brush it out – just be careful to shield your face and take care as to what direction you’re spraying in because the brunette color can drip/splatter. I also use their Money Maker hairspray on my curls. It has a special flexible hold formula that keeps my curls in without making them stiff or crunchy!
