Gucci Soho Disco Bag in Nude Patent

Gucci Soho Disco Bag in Nude Patent

Although I flew back from Napa on Tuesday night, we came home only to go head first into a busy week of business events and more travel with long commutes. Needless to say, having a moment to sit down and upload photos, pick through hundreds and edit them to create an outfit posts isn’t happening right now πŸ™ …this weekend though, I promise πŸ˜‰

In the meantime, I wanted to share with you my latest impulse buy! What do you think? Should I keep or return? I’ve gotten very good at avoiding the impulse buys lately – the last few bag splurges were long thought out (if not drawn out) and thoroughly debated before purchasing. Unfortunately, the designer sales are going on right now and this Patent Nude Leather Gucci Disco Bag was a random find that happens to also be sold out everywhere else. The only reason I found this pretty little thing was because one of the Saks Sales Associate’s was hiding it in the back to purchase later but changed her mind (LOL! Something I’ve definitely been guilty of in my retail past). I was hesitant but the SA helping me was taunting me with the fact that this color is hard to find now and will be flying off the shelf if I didn’t buy it – and she was right, I knew it would. I had one in my Bergdorf’s shopping cart online and it sold out before I could finish purchasing. The risk was high. I was closed the minute she suggested I purchase it and think about it because I could always return it but if I don’t and it sells out, I’ll be SOL. The last thing I wanted was to go through reverse-buyers remorse; when you regret not buying something. I know, I’m an easy sell but at least I won’t feel bad if I do return it, right? I usually don’t like to return because I know it’ll hit the Sales Associate’s sales commission (working in sales, I’m sensitive to this kind of thing) but hey, it was her idea. Anyway, I loveeeee the color, it’s a mauve’y nude with warm pink undertones that I can easily style into the Fall but my hesitation is the patent leather. I can’t decide if I like the shine or not. It was such a steal though at 30% off & again, it’s sold out everywhere! Leave a comment and let me know what you think πŸ™‚ also, check out the other bags on sale that I’ve been drooling over below!

Happy sale shopping!

Xox,
An Dyer

I’m such a sucker for sales, especially when it comes to designer items. I actually really love this bag & I think it has the perfect amount of shine, it’s so classy just like Gucci always is. It’s such a pretty & unique color, I totally get why it’s sold out everywhere & you should feel so special to have it! If I were you I would hold onto it

I think it’s a very beautiful bag. If you think you’ll use it, then keep it. I’ve bought purses that I thought I’d use and never did and now don’t know what to do with it.

You’re so right, I do have a habit of doing this (buying things in general and never using them!) I went through my wardrobe though and found more outfits I could wear with it than I anticipated so I decided to keep it! It’s been surprisingly versatile πŸ™‚ Thanks so much!!
