I’ve been living in my new Socialite jeans, lately. I love a good distressed denim for Summer! Since I’m on the shorter side (5’3″) it can be tricky finding denim with rips in the right places. Being petite, I often find the knee tears will land below my knees, but the distressing on these jeans actually land in the right places! Yay lol!

My distressed denim online shopping hack for us shorties is to see where the distressing lands on the model in the photos. Most models are over 5’8″, so if the tears are already at their knees then they will be too low near my shins. If the rips are higher up above the model’s knees and more towards her thighs, then I know it will be closer to my knees which is where I want them.
