I didn’t expect these shoes to go so perfectly with my new maxi dress! I love the pop of neon orange that makes it not overly matchy matchy. The height was perfect for me, too. Tall enough so my dress isn’t sweeping up all the nastiness on the ground lol but still comfortable (it also helps that these shoes have descent padding for the balls of your feet – note to self, order the other color, too!)
By the way, how awesome is my studded fanny pack? Did you think it was this one? It’s not! I returned that Urban Outfitters fanny pack because I kept thinking to myself, I could so make this… so… DIY how-to post coming soon. Like, real soon. As in,
tomorrow 🙂 make sure you check back! ***Update – so obviously, it’s “tomorrow” already and my DIY post isn’t here 🙁 sorry dolls! It’s going to have to wait for Thursday but stay tuned! <3 ***Another Update! The DIY post is live 🙂 Enjoy!***
Also, please excuse that wrinkled mess at the bottom of my dress. I promise I steamed the h*ll out of it but a short car ride later and the steaming was pointless. *sigh*
Thank you so much for stopping by, reading and leaving comments! I hope you all had a great weekend & happy Monday 🙂 !

Thanks for your comment on my last post. yea I know what you mean by steaming the hell out of something and to NO AVAIL. I recently wore a blouse (in my newest post) and it was SO WRINKLED. I ironed it for ages but nothing really helped. sigh.
Anyway, super cool outfit & I can never make stripes work, but you did it! FAB.

I gotta be honest, I didn’t think fanny packs would ever come back! If I had to pick though this is the ‘chic’est version 🙂 Love this outfit, those shoes of yours are KILLER! and I really love how you do your hair. so pretty! Don’t you hate clothes that wrinkle up if you even look at them wrong? lol, but your dress doesn’t look wrinkled at all to me 🙂

Those shoes go perfect with your dress and I love the fanny pack! I haven’t worn one in a while. I had a LV one and my husband made fun of me relentlessly about it! I look forward to that post, maybe it’ll give me enough courage to wear one again. lol And don’t worry about the end of your dress, it happens to the best of us. I just act like the outfit piece came like that. haha ^.^May 9, 2012 at 1:36 pm
I love your maxi with the denim vest! I’m been looking all over the place for a vest but can’t find one 🙁
