This look is exactly what I would have worn for Thanksgiving had I not already worn it. I know, I know, this seems to happen to me all the time… What’s a girl to do? Wear it again? Obviously not. Well, I would have but here I am, blogging the outfit, and you know how that goes – once it’s been worn and blogged, it shan’t be worn again. 🙂 Did I just successfully use “shan’t” in a sentence?! Sort of? but I digressed… I’m thinking a cute soft ivory sweater and cognac boots with this same skirt might just be enough to re-wear it. What do you think?

We rarely ever take flash photos but I was determined to get some cute shots of this outfit I wore to dinner with Express a few nights ago. I love how they came out! I kept warm & dry during my NYC trip last week with my new Homage boot wraps over these Ugg boots. I love all the fun colors and prints they’re available in! You can change the entire look of your Uggs just by switching out the Homage wraps – imagine if I switched these to the neon pink ones! Totally different, super cute fun look! I especially appreciate that they help waterproof your soles – the last thing I wanted was to be running around rainy NYC in soaking wet Uggs lol! They’re also great for preserving the life of your old Uggs you may have worn down or prevent new ones from getting too beat up. Such an innovative product!
