We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine for my brother’s wedding weekend and had such a lovely time! Being from San Diego (did you know that Chris and I both grew up there?) Hyatt made our hometown visit an amazing one. Located in San Diego’s Golden Triangle, the property spans 11 acres across with 417 guestrooms. We checked into our spacious Studio Suite with 375 square feet and most importantly (to me, at least!) super fast WiFi. Then we kicked off our San Diego weekend by indulging a delicious lunch at their new DRIFT eat + drink restaurant! Hyatt La Jolla’s new restaurant exudes that distinct San Diego coastal feel, boasting a delicious Baja-inspired California day-to-night menu while focusing on clean and healthy eating.
