Le Narcisse Blanc Hotel & Spa

While we were in Paris earlier this month, we also stayed at the beautiful Le Narcisse Blanc Hotel & Spa. Nestled near the Eiffel Tower, the recently inaugurated 5-star hotel and spa is an ideal property for those looking for a discreet, luxury hospitality experience. Le Narcisse Blanc has 37 spacious rooms, seven of which are suites, and they are all decked out with an elegant champagne and gold color palette, in finest fabrics like velvet, tweeds, and luxurious silks. The touches of pale pink in the lobby lounge made my heart skip a beat! Although we didn’t have time to visit the spa while we were there, I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again and experiencing their Carita spa treatments, massages, fitness center & sauna – not to mention their own 13-metre swim-in-place pool with hydrotherapy massage jets, and elegant ivory poolside loungers.

I loved their toiletries but I had to bring my trusty Malin+Goetz travel set!

I really appreciated that Le Narcisse Blanc Hotel has pocket WiFi’s available! It was such a life saver to have WiFi wherever we went and not just at the hotel.

Getting Back Into the Swing of Things

I had to check my instagram to see when the last time I went to the gym was – it’s that bad. The first step is admitting you have a problem, right? It’s time to get back into the swing of things and my tried and true method to re-inspire myself has always been with… what else but, pretty new things!

The thought of working out again after taking a long break can be daunting, especially knowing how sore you’ll inevitably be the days after. I’m easing into it by adding this chic Yuni Chillax rollerball to my gym bag. It’s packed with their plant-based gel that soothes and relaxes muscles. One of the primary ingredients is Arnica which is a natural herb and flower that contains anti-inflammatory properties. My husband Chris has actually been a huge fan of it – he’s super athletic so we’re always trying new creams and ointments and found Arnica-based products the most effective on sore muscles and bruises. Coincidentally, while looking up the link to my yummy fresh mango sunscreen by COOLA, I found out that it also contains Arnica! The ant-inflamitory properties help calm down redness in your skin while the other ingredients hydrate and tones your skin. It’s SPF 50, non-greasy, 70% certified organic, and it really smells absolutely delicious!

I’ve been living in this unisex hoodie from Hudson lately! It’s SO soft on the inside with just the right androgynous cut. Do you have any favorite borrowed from the boys or unisex closet staples?

Edit to add: I should note that although it could be worn as a dress, I’m actually wearing denim shorts underneath that you can’t see in these photos. For fellow shoppers I’m 5’3″ for reference!

It is super impressive, though! This new beauty tool dispenses individual lash buds and actually makes it so easy to apply onto your lash line. Now, I do consider myself a pro at falsies but I love that you can use this to add more lash buds to customize a set you’re already wearing and I also think it’s such a fun, easy to use tool for novices!

Wake up the next morning with puffy eyes or dark circles after a stressful day? I know I do! Bella Schneider Beauty’s Beauty Globes are like magical wands. I like running them under cold water or popping them into the fridge to make them nice and cool. You can roll them around your eyes and it immediately starts to calm down your puffy eyes and fade away dark circles. I also love to use them to give myself a lymphatic facial massage which helps with my allergies, sinus pressure and congestion as well as that groggy jet lag feeling!

This CAKE & BAKE™ Beauty Sponge is one of the newest sponge innovations on the market and it’s amazing for contour and baking! I love accentuate my cheekbones by using it to highlight under my cheek contour and the straight edges also make it ideal for a perfect nose contour! It can be used dry as is or wet for cream applications like foundation but I personally like using it for baking.
