Last weekend, I was invited to visit a new (vegan friendly!) shoe store in Venice Beach. This boutique was absolutely adorable; industrial decor meets the sweetest, guilt-free, shoes you’ve ever seen! They also carry men’s and kid’s shoes, too! Not to mention, all super affordable – win! Awesome because it kept my husband (the ever so patient blog photographer) entertained while I tried on dozens of different styles. Isn’t that the best? When your significant other can shop WITH you instead of lingering outside of a store impatiently waiting, sighing, and giving you puppy eyes? I know you know what I’m talking about 😉 I wish I could just take this store home with me and keep it in my closet for my daily indulgences! I had so much fun pairing various shoes with different outfits, so much so that I have to break this blog post into 2 parts because we took so many pictures! Special thanks to Moo for having me 🙂 I’ll be back again (very!) soon!
They just opened about a month ago and are still working on their website so in the meantime, visit them at:

What is there not to love? Lorissa has been a favorite of mine for quite some time now and this year’s new colors have my heart fluttering! These are my top three favorite color variations. What do you think, is a 5th pair too many? 🙂 If I had to choose one… I think citrine might be my top pick for the season… but ugh, I love these three!! So gorgeous!

Shop Sam Edelman Lorissa in these colors:
Don’t mix pink and red was one of those rules I remember growing up with but never followed. It’s in the same boat as never mixing brown and black or navy and black, or mixing patters, or wearing different shades of any given color together… all of which, I probably do more often than I should. In any case, what better occasion to do this then Valentine’s? Okay, obviously this outfit was worn prior to the occasion but it’s in the spirit of Valentine’s day, I promise!
My husband recently bought these Raybans on a whim while out the other night. It’s dangerous going out to dinner, having some wine & being nearby some of our favorite boutiques all at the same time. LA is tricky like that. Shopping & fine dining, all too close together. Meanwhile, I’ve been quietly plotting how to steal them from him. 😉 I’m only [half] joking… I do love me some Raybans, though! Marriage is about sharing, right? lol
